Can anyone tell me who wrote this book?

Kelly is really starting to creep me out, i haven't gotten far enough to know what is going to happen

After a drug bust, 17 year old Lil J hides out in abandoned building where he encounters a strange man named kelly. Kelly shows Lil J's past and his prospective future. I believe that kelly is trying to help Lil J and make his life better for him.

lil J got all shot up by the cop man. When lil J runs into a crack trying to get away from the cops he meets a man named Kelly. Kelly is a strange man sitting in an empty room with just a chair and a TV, this is not any normal TV, this crazy TV can see in to the future, past and, the Potential. I guess we'll see where lil J is going to go from here.
